Woody The Pug LLC currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping rates are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes:

• Orders under $50: $14.99 standard shipping
• Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping
• Express shipping: $35.99 when available at checkout

All shipping charges are displayed before payment is completed.

Processing and delivery

Estimated delivery times include order processing:

• Standard shipping: 4–6 business days
• Express shipping: 2–3 business days

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect shipping address.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. An address cannot be changed after an order has shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

Lost or damaged orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@woodythepug.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but it cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier and then email us so we can assist with the investigation.
