9. Damaged Packages

As part of our standard fulfillment process, Woody The Pug LLC records shipments during the packaging process and during transport or delivery to the shipping courier.
This documentation is used to maintain order accuracy, quality assurance, shipment verification, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

13. Split Shipments

16. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the applicable shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, Woody The Pug LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery failures, theft after delivery, or events outside our reasonable control.
17. Returns and Refunds
Shipping-related refund requests, damaged item claims, missing item claims, and return shipping responsibilities are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into this Shipping Policy by reference.
