Refund & Return Policy

At Woody The Pug LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following Refund & Return Policy.


7-Day Return Policy

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

To qualify for a return, an item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, inserts, and protective materials.
  • Be free of damage, modifications, excessive wear, or signs of use.
  • Include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Woody The Pug LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving any refund, replacement, or exchange. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund at our sole discretion.


Quality Control & Shipment Documentation

To ensure the accuracy of every order and maintain the highest quality control standards, Woody The Pug LLC documents the packing and shipment process for each order.

This documentation may include photographs and/or continuous video recordings of products, serial numbers (when applicable), packaging, packing materials, shipping labels, package weight, and the completed shipment prior to carrier pickup.

These records are securely stored on encrypted systems and may be used for quality assurance, order verification, fraud prevention, carrier claims, insurance claims, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

By placing an order with Woody The Pug LLC, you acknowledge that such documentation may be created and retained as part of our standard business operations.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item:

  • Opened, used, worn, washed, or altered merchandise.
  • Products with broken factory seals or tamper-evident packaging.
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, inserts, or components.
  • Personalized, customized, made-to-order, or special-order products.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and digital products.
  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation, and Final Sale merchandise.
  • Products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Any item that, in our sole judgment, cannot be resold as new.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify Woody The Pug LLC within 72 hours of the confirmed delivery date.

To assist us in investigating your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs and/or video of the product, shipping box, shipping label, packing materials, and any visible damage.

Evidence Verification

Due to the increasing use of artificial intelligence, image manipulation, and digital editing technologies, Woody The Pug LLC reserves the right to require additional documentation to verify any claim involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing merchandise.

At our sole discretion, customers may be required to provide:

  • Original, unedited photo and/or video files captured directly from the recording device.
  • Original files containing available metadata, including EXIF data where available.
  • Additional photographs, videos, packaging, shipping labels, serial numbers, lot numbers, or other identifying information.
  • Return of the merchandise for inspection before a refund or replacement is approved.

Woody The Pug LLC reserves the right to deny any claim if submitted evidence cannot be reasonably authenticated or if fraudulent, manipulated, AI-generated, altered, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise unreliable documentation is suspected.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Depending on the circumstances, Woody The Pug LLC may issue a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at its sole discretion.


Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from Woody The Pug LLC.

Returns shipped without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

If approved, return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be provided.


Return Shipping

Unless the return results from our error or a verified defective product:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return is approved due to our error or a confirmed defective item, Woody The Pug LLC may provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs at its sole discretion.


Refund Processing

After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for your financial institution to post the refund.

Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, insurance, gift wrapping, and other optional service charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Refund & Return Policy.


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer, returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or returned because the shipment was not accepted or retrieved may be subject to return shipping charges, carrier fees, restocking fees where permitted by law, and additional shipping charges required to resend the order.


Fraud Prevention

Woody The Pug LLC actively investigates suspected fraudulent activity and reserves the right to deny any return, refund, replacement, exchange, cancellation request, or warranty claim if we reasonably believe the request involves fraud, abuse of this policy, excessive return activity, chargeback abuse, reseller activity, theft, false claims, AI-generated evidence, digitally altered media, tampering, or other unlawful conduct.

Where appropriate, Woody The Pug LLC may cooperate with payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturers, insurers, and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
